My girls joined the gym and working with Cristina. She is absolutely amazing. She has taught my girls so much in a short period of time. Everyone is extremely friendly and the gym is clean. They are family friendly.

Deb's Gym is very well stocked with equipment, great A/C, and friendly people who are really focused on improving themselves. I really enjoyed training with Chris Crifasi. I had a very specific strength training goal, and he created a detailed, customized program with me over > 12 weeks. He strikes the right balance between pushing you to your limits and being encouraging and positive.

Debs Gym is amazing and so is the staff! Deb is always adding new machines to the gym and they’ve recently expanded so it’s bigger now. The gym itself, restrooms and showers are always clean and tidy. I have nothing bad to say about the gym it’s definitely worth visiting and signing up for. They have everything you need for you to reach your goals (:

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Cristina and Debs Gym! Cristina is an excellent fitness coach who is knowledgeable, motivating and truly dedicated to helping me reach my fitness goals. She has been amazing at working around my busy schedule. Her support, positivity and personalized approach have made such a difference in my progress and mindset. The environment at Debs Gym is motivating. It’s welcoming, well equipped and has a family atmosphere. I look forward to my workouts . If you’re looking for a coach who listens, pushes you in the right way, and genuinely cares I absolutely recommend Cristina and Debs Gym!!

I love love love my experience at Deb's Gym in Lakeland! The minute I walked in, I felt welcomed by staff, trainers and other members. They have everything I could've needed AND wanted to train successfully in functional fitness and powerlifting.

honestly it doesn't get any better than this. it's the perfect size with all the best equipment. sure it's not the newest and most modern but if you're looking to actually get stuff done instead of pose for socials then this is the #1 place in the area. their staff is helpful and willing to give advice too and no lame "lunk alarm" stop by and get a day pass to try it out and you won't regret it.

My Daughter joined Deb’s Gym and works closely with Cristina. She has learned so much from her in just a short time period, she is great with kids of all ages. The gym’s atmosphere is wonderful, family friendly, and the staff are welcoming.

Not too busy. Machines are a bit old but they have everything you need for serious weight training.

This gym has quickly become my home! The atmosphere is amazing! You will never find people arguing about a machine! There are plenty of machines and weights here to choose from!!! Lots of different areas to workout in as well! Clean bathrooms and they even have showers. Hands down the best gym I have been blessed to be a member of!!!! The staff are very nice and would go out of their way to help you any way they can! I can guarantee you that you won’t find a better gym!!!! Also you can’t beat the fact it’s open 24/7! They have an app you use to scan in to gain access to the building! I cannot say enough good things about this gym!!! Family owned and operated too!!

More than just a gym its a second home everyone is like a big family here. I have been going for about 4 years and my husband 6+. The trainers are amazing I highly recommend Mr will. There are plenty of trainers so you will definitely find what you need here. My kids have been training for a few months now too with Coach Cristina tumbling classes and Johnathan Boxing. Cristina is sweet, kind and loves kids and always willing to help as much as she can. Johnathan pushes my son to never quit and has more patience then I have seen with anyone else working with kids in boxing.
